Detailed Product Description

This is a line used for trimming deflashing the unshaped edges of the aluminum plastic composite panels which is happed in the manufacturing , after trimming deflashing by this line,all the edges are well shaped and are good for promotion. We have two types of this line , one is CJMXB-1 named on-line trimming deflashing , which is composed by a whole trimming deflashing line and a composite line to make the final products at the same time ; the other is CJMXB-II named non-line trimming deflashing.which means a whole trimming deflashing line is installed after the composite line .so the products are trimmed after composite .This line composed by three sections,dust collection section,lengthways trimming deflashing machine and transverse trimming deflashing machine (for CJMXB-II,a steering conveyor should be added).
