CJMHC1300/1600 Pretreatment production line plays a role in cleaning the surfaces of the aluminum rollers. After rolling,there is some lubricant,ant-oxidation oil and some impure dregs such as silicon, magnesium,iron, cuprum and so on, still stained on the surfaces fo the aluminum rolls. This line carries on the chemical treatment on the surfaces to form capillaries by latets non-chromium medicament, so that the paint can be bonded tightly with aluminum plated because of the perfect adsorb ability. This line works in accord with the regulations of national environment protection, no pollution occurred.
